PT. Sunyuu Automatic Indonesia is one of the member of Sunyuu Internation Group in Hong Kong, engaged in stamping dies manufacturing (DongGuan G-tooling co.,ltd).Checking fixture manufacturing (DongGuan Sunyuu Auto Parts co.,ltd); Agent of Hot Runner system, machine, material, and standard components. PT. Sunyuu Industri Indonesia and PT. Sunyuu Automatic Indonesia (named as SAI), focus on manufacturing of checking fixture & jig and automation solution.
SAI was established in Jan 2015, technical side is supported by our group member DongGuan SunYuu Auto Parts co.,ltd, with five engineers from China all of them have more than four year experience in checking ficture manufacturing, and around 30 local people in design dept, CMM dept, machinery dept and other dept. Besides the excellent team, SAI also have powerful facility with:
- 2 units CMM of Italy's Hexagon Serein with working space of 2100mm x 1000mm x 800mm and 800mm x 1000mm x 600mm
- 2 units CNC of Taiwan's Top-one with working space of 1800mm x 900mm x 800mm and 1000mm x 600mmx 600mm
- One grinding machine
- One milling machine
- Cutting
- Welding and other facilities.
